Returns, cancellations & Refunds



Due to current COVID-19 conditions, our Personal Protection masks cannot be reused, or repackaged. We will accept returns if notified within one week ( 7 days) of receipt of your order.
We will replace any claritymask if damage is reported, with your Order #, and images of the damage. Please initiate any return, or damage reports through our WIX chat.

order cancellations and refunds:

In our effort to process, and fulfill your orders quickly so that you will receive your products in a timely manner, once an order has been confirmed and payment has processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. In addition, please note that we cannot provide tax refunds for orders that have already been placed.
